I'm often one of few people sitting around a table who get excited by change. I love planning, thinking about the future, dreaming big, and seeing all the details to get from here to there. I found out early on in my career that being clear, organized, and supportive is tremendously helpful -- and that I could become a trusted partner for leaders who were feeling stuck and needed an outside perspective.
That's how Partner for Change was born: a collaborative consulting service that supports people, organizations, and communities to bring about positive change and thriving.
